Brianne + Dan, you two are wonderful. Dan, so affectionately called mr. smiley & Brianne, is sweet beyond words. We had a great day with you and your incredibly wonderful friends and family. The day was made all the more interesting on account that 2 weeks prior we found out that Dan had broken his ankle. Much to the delight of his bride to be as we later found out. ;) The ceremony was at the Vancouver Golf Club. A beautifully simple ceremony site on the top deck of the clubhouse. Once freshly married we whisked them away to Burnaby Mountain for the formal shots. This was made more challenging and is where the broken ankled grooms (complete with freshly painted black crutches) mobility factored in. Just as we were thinking how challenging it was going to be to move around and get a variety of shots … Out came the wheelchair complete with a just married sign and dangling cans on the back. We then made our way back the ceremony site to take in the beautiful green on black themed reception hall. The night was filled with touching speeches, first dances and capped off by songs sung by both the groom to his new bride and grooms mom to the newlyweds. We had so much fun with you all and wish you sooooooo much happiness!! & Dan, you’re a trooper! Having a broken ankle – you made the best of it anyway and that is pure awesomeness.
