Part 1 of Abid + Mahin’s wedding celebrations started with their Mehendi Party. Rob and I didn’t really know what to expect to say the least.. we were warned yes, that there would be a ceremony for Abid where friends and family had the opportunity to pummel him with foods and spices to ward off any evil spirits before the celebration of their marriage. Our imaginations did NOT bring us to what actually happened! Never the less, it was exceptional to watch. ;) We squeezed in a few portraits of the beautiful Mahin + handsome Abid before everything took place as well.. because.. how amazing did they look!!!
